Instructional Coach

Beth Delforge is an arts educator who served as Arts Program Coordinator for the Andover Public Schools as well as other school districts in Massachusetts. Over her career, she has designed numerous district-wide professional development programs aimed at helping teachers develop their instructional practices around inquiry-based, collaborative, reflective, and interdisciplinary learning. Her work shows how the arts and arts integration are central to engaging, personalized, and comprehensive learning.  Some initiatives include the Educators Speaker Series, the Creative Classroom professional development program, the New England Arts for Literacy project, and One Community, One Nation.
